Serial No for Opening Case

Dear All,

 

hope you doing well,

 

I have one simple question about serial number which I can use it to open the case, before I used last seven digits and it was working fine, now am trying to open a case using same serial No, but it showing this message ( Database Error -- Faulty Unit Has No Entitlement - No Active Entitlement found for "OODFTDO").

 

Please would you support me to know how I can get this digits from Serial No.

 

BTW am new in this field.

    Your BIG-IP support contract seems to have expired about a week ago. Thus you may not be able to open a support case.
