I thought F5 would use Ephemeral ports when it initiates a connection ex: checking pool members using monitors. Is that correct? I see some registered ports as source port. If there any document I can read about this. Please share. Thank you

InquisitiveMai I'm not aware of any documentation that specifies what is used but it should indeed utilize ephemeral ports for connections it makes as the originator of the connection request.
