Self IP address Source Ports

I thought F5 would use Ephemeral ports when it initiates a connection ex: checking pool members using monitors. Is that correct?  I see some registered ports as source port. If there any document I c...

InquisitiveMai I'm not aware of any documentation that specifies what is used but it should indeed utilize ephemeral ports for connections it makes as the originator of the connection request.
