I trying to do a Scripted monitor but there is no much enough documentation available saying about use regular expressions in that configuration.

Are you talking about with an external monitor? If so, this post might help, along with SOL5917.
If you're talking about a normal HTTP monitor, then you can use regex in the receive string based on SOL5917.
