SAP BI publishing to Internet not working

Hello

 

We are using SAP BI and uses f5 as load balancer.

 

The setup is working fine within the local network.

 

However it is not working when we publish the f5 link to internet

 

Does any special configuration needs to be performed on the f5 setup
