RSA SecurID pin reset vmware view horizon

hi,

we have deployed apm as a full proxy for Vmware VDI infrastructure. We are using APM for authentication with AD + SecurID. Everything works great except the RSA Securid pin reset.

when a user is asked to reset the pin, he gets the window to accept (no/yes), then nothing...just a window freezing.

any hint ?

    Hi,

    Just to follow up. The "New Pin" feature for the VMware Horizon Client does not seem to an option. In the advanced customization option of v14 as well as v15, RSA NEW Pin options 5007 and up (related to the various NEW Pin options) is defined as "Not Implemented." This does, however seem to work normally through a browser. I am unaware of a supported workaround at this time.
