Root Folder Device Group: None

Hello

 

I had problems with the first time wizard whilst creating a HA cluster. So I clear all the cluster config and started again.

 

Now the cluster is configured but it is Sync-Only.

 

Seems like I lost the Device Group setting:

 

Under 'System >> Platform >> Redundant Device Properties' I get:

 

Root Folder Device Group: None

 

Under 'System ›› Users : Partition List ›› Common'

 

I get Device Group : None .... And the option to choose is gray-out

 

Can I fix this or do I need to reset VE appliances to factory and start again?

 

Can I reset to factory defaults without loosing the license?

 

Any advice will be most appreciated...
