reverse DNS

Hi All,

 

 

Im a newby here and i would like to ask assistance regarding the rverse dns

 

 

 

We have 2 F5 Link Controller (active-passive)

 

 

 

I have a problem with the reverse DNS. The F5 can't seem to do a reverse DNS... are there any special configuration? I tried to check on all files to check on the PTR but to no avail.
