Restoring UCS file to a new vCMP while maintaining some configuration

Hi guys,

I have a vCMP which I want to migrate to a new one, and I was thinking the easy way would be by manipulating the UCS file.

The issue is that the new vCMP has a different mgmt IP address, and different HA VLAN/IP address . What is the quickest way to migrate the config?
