Response Code iRule

When the web servers respond with an error code such as '500' the ASM blocks that response (which is suppose to happen), however I would like to send the user a redirect to a custom error page. I could allow the response code then write an iRule that sends the redirect but I would like to believe there is a better way. Any ideas?

    Rodney, you could allow the 500 in ASM and then in the http profile on the virtual server configure a fallback host. You should be able to add status code 500 to the fallback on response code section.

     

    This is from memory but hope it helps.
