Requested URL was rejected
Recently I began to get the message "The requested URL was rejected" when trying to reach some very innocent websites (restaurant, conservation group) that I had gone to many times. I deleted my cookies but it was of no help. Has been going on for a month. Also happens on my wife's laptop. I use chrome and she uses IE.

Where in the F5 do you suspect this could be happening?

I am trying to see where that message has an issue with respect the F5.

So what is the F5 and what does it have to do with reaching a site on the internet?

Hi jmk46,
At this moment I am wondering the same thing. However, it sounds like your issues is more on the consumer side. This forum site is about F5 products for F5 administrators and developers, looking for solutions when using this product. People who post here are those that can control the F5 products or are receiving an issue based on using these products.
Not sure why you choose this forum because this is not usually the place where it can be solved with a question like yours unless you already know there is an F5 product that is creating this, but if you can look at the Google Search https://www.google.com/search?q=he+requested+URL+was+rejected&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 there are other links to possible solutions that are not linked to F5.
Thanks,

I posted here because it was the only place where I could find any reference to the error message that I received.

According to the Google Search I posted above, I see this issue occurring across other areas

Everything that I can find references F5 (whatever that is).
- jmk46_185205Nimbostratus
I guess no one knows why I get blocked.
- The_BhattmanNimbostratus
Not really.
I found one reference to the F5 but it's a technology controlled by administrators on websites you could be visiting - not at your end of the connection.
Here are 2 links that could help http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8892197/how-to-resolve-the-requested-url-is-rejected-error https://productforums.google.com/forum/!topic/chrome/9mQbboB7enc

I seem to be the only person this is happening to. I think that it is strange that i am the only one it effects.
