Requested URL was rejected

Recently I began to get the message "The requested URL was rejected" when trying to reach some very innocent websites (restaurant, conservation group) that I had gone to many times. I deleted my cook...

I seem to be the only person this is happening to. I think that it is strange that i am the only one it effects.
