Replcing LTM hard drive plus upgrading from 9.4.X to version 11

I'm not sure if this is the right group to post my questions, and appreciate any useful documents on the same.

 

 

I need help/documentation for the below two points:

 

 

- Replacing faulty 6900 HD which is running 10.2.1 version.

 

 

- Upgrade 8800 LTM from 9.4.x to version 11.
