Cannot login to Avaya wanx using f5 apm network access
Hi we are facing some issues related to APM network access, we cannot login to our avaya wanx ip phone communicator using network access, but we can ping the call server we are using, but still no luck on login. Is there something we need to adjust on APM network access setup?

Typically, for the VOIP traffic, SNAT should be disabled under network access setting, moreover, you need to config the route on AVAYA to route the traffic back to BIGIP. No other additional requirement for the common set up.

Actually, using the ip given by the IP pool, without SNAT enabled, I can ping AVAYA calls servers, so basically I think there is a route on AVAYA going to the IP pool. Will serverssl enable on the virtual server configured, affects this issue?

Did you ever figure this out? I am trying to get our SSL VPN to login to the Avaya OneX Communicator but fails. It works on our firepass though, which is weird.
have a tried a network capture to see if traffic goes to the right location and returns fine?
