Can anyone please provide detailed steps on how to replace SFP module on F5 viprion 2400 device. Thanks in advance

They aren't any different than any other SFP. You pull the existing one out and put a new one in.

No need to halt or reboot. If the SFP is failed already, no harm no foul. If its part of a LACP trunk just for sanity sake you may disable the interface before you pull the old one and insert the new one. These are hot swap-able components. Its more of a matter do you have traffic currently flowing through it? And if so, will disabling the interface allow traffic to flow through another interface.
