Replacement for deprecated ASM iControl methods

I see on http://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/iControl.ASM__ObjectParams__add_or_update_object_param_with_characteristics.ashx that that ASM::ObjectParams::add_or_update_object_param_with_characteristics has been deprecated.

 

 

 

Is there a replacement iControl method for adding to a policy that a specific URI/parameter combo are vulnerable to injection or XSS attacks?
