Remote SSL appear a handshake failure alert
Hi, I have come across with strange SSL handshake error. We have extended SSL certificate configured on F5 LB & it’s valid till next year. All windows & Android mobile users are able to access Citrix Xen applications but Apple Mac-OS device is showing error “Remote SSL appear a handshake failure alert citrix”. Currently my SSL certificate is supporting SHA1 Signature algorithm key. Will it resolved if I will upgrade SSL certificate to SHA2 or is it issue with citrix server?

what version is the F5 running?
- Samir_Jha_52506NoctilucentBIGIP 11.3.3. Do u see any known issue ?

Is this a Citrix (Receiver) error or a browser error? Can you elaborate on when and how you receive this error?

Then that's most likely going to be an issue with Receiver itself, or quite possible that you don't have the required CA certificate chain in the Mac keychain. If you attempt to do this from a browser, do you get untrusted certificate errors?
