Remote Desktop not working with custom parameters

Hi

 

My colleague kevinmc and I have implemented a solution to a question asked recently by kevinmc regarding Remote Desktop to PCs and making sure copying from clipboard is disabled (https://devcentral.f5.com/questions/remote-desktop). It works with Remote Desktop to a customer's PCs whose Windows 7 PCs where not managed by group policy or by a very simple default group policy. However it just hangs the Big-IP client when I try to Remote Desktop to different customer's PCs which are Windows 7 PCs but managed by group policy. The customer manages that group policy. Have you a suggestion to fix this please?

    Hi Greg,

     

    I'm not sure if you have resolved this but if not I would first start out by seeing what is the difference between the basic GPO and the customers GPO. You can start making your test GPO the same as the customers and when you hit the item that freezes the screen then you know where the issues might be.
