Remote Active Directory

Hello Guys

Does anyone experience an issue on their active directory remote group. When we add a user on user list it can authenticate (meaning LDAP is working). But when we dont place user in user list and just create Remote Group F5 dont see where to place the user (Partition and Level) It is confirmed that the attirbute string of the user is same as the on listed on Remote Group when we do ldapsearch.
