Hi Neeraj,
I'm guessing AVPR-PMPS and PSMConnec are your user names? Did both those users have an existing session on node 1 before you started testing? You will need to kill the terminal services session on the Remote Desktop each time before you connect to see if load balancing is working. Once you have a TS session on the server, the msrdp profile will bypass load balancing and send the connection to that server every time.
Mike
Hi mike, appreciate your response over.
I tried to stop all the sessions. when all the connections becomes Zero, I checked again and found that when users started getting connection ratio of connection to be 80:10, sometimes 80:05, but as per round robing every new connection to be sent to different server, however I have tried the least connection as well. here to mention that I captured one more log also where all the users were different - different users.

- mikeshimkus_111Historic F5 AccountWhat are AVPR-PMPS and PSMConnec, are those domain names?
Mike, this is the one-App-portal identifier from where the user click to connect some application and RDP is being initiated to open the browser to access resources like other app / putty /etc.. this is cyber arc PIM system.

What I'm getting at is I think there may be a limit to the number of characters the msrdp persistence profile can use for the persistence key. If those 2 values are domain names, that could explain why they aren't unique.
as you wrote above , to kill the RDP / terminal services sessions. how to do that ?
