redirect for uppercase URI

    If you know which part of the uri is uppercase, you can change the if condition like below : 

    when HTTP_REQUEST {
    if {  [HTTP::path] contains "/NEW/"} {
        HTTP::redirect [string tolower [HTTP::uri]]
    }
}
