recommeded upgrade process?

Unfortunately upgrading our suite is a bit more complicated than just replacing a few files, so that being said, we are currently working on our upgrade feature, but it will not be available for a few more weeks, and it will only support upgrades moving forward from the point of that release.

 

 

So for right now, your best option is to uninstall your current version, and install the latest version from Dev Central. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if you have any more questions.

On a side note, if you have any overrides set, you will want to export the management packs those are stored in. Once you reinstall, and rediscover, you should be able to reimport those override packs and not have to recreate them from scratch. The only exception to this is if you target specific instances of objects on an F5 Device, as those get a (potentially) unique Guid each time they are discovered.
