reactive license

Hello dear support   What steps should I have for the reactive mode when two devices are in ha mode (active-passive)?

Hi,

 

So first of begin with standby Device (backup both member).

 

  • First check how many service are up (VS, pool, pool member...), in network map, overview.
  • Reactive license
  • once F5 process are UP after activating license, check that apm session are available in standby peer.
  • Check that device are online (asm is UP and policy are in blocking/transparent mode).
  • And check that you have exactly the same serice UP. comparing to your main control...

Then you can swith to standby member. then do the same procedure fore primary member...
