RDP Connection drop Firepass 4100
if you have a support contract i would use it now.
if you dont then i would start doing some packet captures to see who closes the connection and see if you can pinpoint the reason and continue from there.
what also would be interesting is to check if it works without firepass / big-ip. would it be possible to configure you firewall to allow direct access without anything in between (only for a safe source address) and see if it happens then. if it does you are probably looking at other things then the firepass / big-ip.
