Proxy through F5 not passing user details

when internet traffic is put through F% and passed onto Proxy server. it is not passing user details from client. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.   Cheers

Need some more details on your setup.

 

This for outgoing web traffic through the F5 first then a proxy server? What is the F5 Virtual Server setup, standard, IP forwarding etc?
