I have created virtual server with type: Performance Layer 4, for all ports. My clients choose port connection.
Is there possibility to add another virtual server with profile performance layer 4 ...

CirrocumulusTom - yes you can. two virtual servers can have the same IP address but use different ports, whether that's a specific port or a wildcard port. The virtual server that gets selected is the closest match. See the following askf5 solution for information on VS precedence: Order of precedence for virtual server matching
