Problem in uploading the hot-fix

Hi everyone,   I have recently upgraded the IOS to 11.1.0 now I was trying to upload the hot-fixes using the GUI but it gives error every time... what is the problem is the hot-fix uploaded in some...

I have tried it using the Firefox 9.0.1 let me try it with another web browser to be sure if the problem is from browser platform, can you refer me to any of the document that I may use to do the same using the command line.
