Problem in uploading the hot-fix

Hi everyone,   I have recently upgraded the IOS to 11.1.0 now I was trying to upload the hot-fixes using the GUI but it gives error every time... what is the problem is the hot-fix uploaded in some...

The hot-fix import through web gui is giving continuous error, I thought may be its the problem of the downloaded file so i tried downloading it again 2 times but once i try to import the downloaded package in the middle the error message comes up... how to manage this now... ???? any idea...
