Problem in Activating BIG-IP Virtual Edition Liscence

Hello,

 

I have installed BIG-IP VE 11.4.1 on Vmware workstation 10. I have managed to access it using configuration utility. I used registation key to get the dossier information. Finally, I visited https://activate.f5.com/license/ to get the activation file/code.

 

It gives me blank text field and even if I download activation file, it is all blank. Am I doing some mistake or missing something ?

 

Any help will highly be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello,

     

    Thank you nitass. My problem has been resolved. I would like to share it with other friends of this community.

     

    I opened F5 support case and they had a look at the licensing server and they found out that the version I was trying to license was 11.4.1. Where as the registration key(s) for Virtual Edition they sent in email was for V11.3

     

    Therefore, I downloaded Virtual-Edition-Trial V11.3 from downloads.f5.com and licensed the unit.
