Prob with access Big-ip via console

if you do not have console cable, you may try to check management ip on lcd.

On the lcd after pressing X butten i am getting only option and in option heartbeat and contrast option. There is no any other option in the lcd and unable to access via conson and mgmt too.

I believe it's under a "System" option. If you don't see any way to change or view the IP from the LCD, there's a good chance there's something wrong with this box. You'll want to connect a laptop to the serial console cable and open a terminal emulator (19200 8n1) to access the console. From there you should be able to, at the very least, see the IP address and run any necessary diagnostics.

Hello kevin i tried these options but via serial and mgmt unable to see anything on putty. in putty i set com6 with 19200,8,1 but nothing is coming on the screen.

"Null modem" is probably what you need.
