Prob with access Big-ip via console

I believe it's under a "System" option. If you don't see any way to change or view the IP from the LCD, there's a good chance there's something wrong with this box. You'll want to connect a laptop to the serial console cable and open a terminal emulator (19200 8n1) to access the console. From there you should be able to, at the very least, see the IP address and run any necessary diagnostics.
