i have a doubt in regards to the loadbalancing of requests amongst the servers.

NimbostratusHello, Priority group dosent mark a pool member as a down. Health check do this.
In your example, the traffic will be pass to the 2 members avaiable, one of each group, because you config with lass than 2.
If you configure with lass than 1, the traffic will to the avaiable member with high priority group.
