Pop3s Processing speed is slow.

I have a question.

 

I am currently using pop3s for pop3 using ssl offload.

 

The problem is that pop3 receives about 7,000 e-mails. It takes about 5 ~ 10 minutes. If you use pop3s, it takes about 30 minutes to receive 7,000 e-mails.

 

I only have ssl offload, but the speed difference between receiving mail. I want to know why.
