Your network team needs to check the routes into private DMZ. Not sure if you're doing OSPF/EIGRP, or static, but my guess is you're doing something prior to PRIV-DMZ and it's causing the issue. Rule out anything upstream from priv-DMZ.

 

Ping from your pub-dmz to priv and see if you're getting packet loss...Seems outside of BIG-IP honeslty.
