Pool Strength below certain Threshold

I'm not quite sure I understand your question. I'm assuming you mean to ask whether iControl calls to disable a pool member can be configured to be rejected based on external criteria (such as pool strength - which I'm unclear what that means anyway). If so, the answer is no. You'll need to put the logic in your calling application to determine the metric and then disable the pool member.
