Policies URI sometimes can not access sites

Dear all

 

Pls help me , i facing problem . i have policie URI /api/ --->forwarding traffic to pool API and /chat/ fw to pool Chat . And apply ssl profiles to Virtual server this web . but when test on internet access ip public VIR then work well , show pool API , Chat have incoming traffic . but when test domain www.abc.com then some times can not access ( i have file host /etec/drive/host windown test.com x.x.x.x ip public) . this domain hosting on cloud working well , I need test then move this sites www.abc.com form cloud to DC .

 

pls help me

    you can take a capture on the BIG-IP to see if your traffic is actually reaching the BIG-IP.

     

    In your hosts file, do you have test.com x.x.x.x or abc.com?

     

    Your host should point to the same IP address if you are testing the two hostnames (test.com and abc.com)
