Please suggest how to Create a SOA record for subdomain. Lets say we have a SOA record for abc.com, wanted to create SOA for subdomain for example cozy.abc.com

You really just need to create the new SOA record, and ensure you clearly device the NS records for the subdomain in the parent domain, and supply "glue" records to point to the subdomain NS servers.
