PHONEHOME: Update Server unavailable

Recently i have started seeing this error. What is this about? If F5 checking for updates then how to check which server its connecting etc and where are the proper place to check logs   I found ...

Hello from my BIGIP devices i can reach F5 hosts, but still i got these errors. any suggestions.

We are having the same problem with version 13.1.1

 

The Update Check works perfectly but in the log it indicates the following lines: Sep 27 08:28:27 slot1/pp info updatecheck[12345]: PHONEHOME: Update Server unavailable Sep 27 08:28:27 slot1/pp info updatecheck[12345]: PHONEHOME: Check for updates result 0

 

And the Automatic Phone Home is disabled.

 

Does anyone have a solution to monitor if there are updates available?
