It may work but not supported by F5....

 

If you have a ASM standalone license, persistence is not included... so F5 removed it in GUI.

 

Here is an official F5 forum, so it is not the right place for asking a question about how to bypass F5 license restrictions.

 

If you enable it on tmsh, it can work in your version, but not in next release...

 

If next release doesn't support it, you will have trouble during upgrades (the configuration won't load and may cause upgrade rollback)...
