Yes, you should simply need to use cookie persistence which can be selected on the virtual server. You will likely want both virtual servers (one for port 80 and one for port 443) to have the same pool and use cookie persistence. However, you will need to unencrypt the ssl connections on the BigIP so it can inspect and use the cookie.
