permanent resize of /var/
- Nov 08, 2023
There doesn't seem to be a permanent solution that survives an upgrade. However from version 16.0.0.0 the /var partition is increased by 50%. Maybe that will work for you. On the other hand, what's eating your diskspace on /var?
So there´s no permanent solution that survives an upgrade?

Not sure, what´s eating it up to be honest. We got a case open, so hoping on some help there. As v16 is not supported on the new R-Series we´re skipping that i believe. So that leaves either V17 or V15 with this work each time....hmm

You can use 'du -k -x /var | sort -n' to see what directories uses a large amount of space. They are on the end of the list. That could give you an indication.

We checked alot now, but seems as we´re always around 79-80% full.. so after som talks with F5, expanding the mount is the best solution.
