NimbostratusPerformanceGraphs.pl hangs when pulling the graph.
PerformanceGraphs.pl when after it authenticates, hangs on
SOAP::Data->name(objects => [$PerformanceGraphQuery])
First pass without a graph option gives the list, the second call hangs and no printout, or file.
Using version 9 LTM. I can use the same guest account to view the graphs from the admin GUI, don't think it is security related.
I'm clueless.
- This isn't security related. What statistic name are you testing? If it's all of them, then this is likely an issue with the database layer on the BIG-IP. Basically iControl takes the name, and then talks to the database to extract the CSV format. You might try changing the value of maximum_rows from 0 (meaning all) to something small (like 10) and see if that works. If no matter what you pass in for the parameters does not work, then you might have to head over to product support as you are using the APIs correctly.
BTW, are you at 9.0 or have you updated? We are currently at 9.4.2. Could be that there was a fix somewhere along the way that corrected this issue.

Larry_Dalton_53Yes, 9.4.2, have 14 systems up and tried it out on about 4. I'll try the row count. Something should time out after a while I would think.- Larry_Dalton_53I tried 'memory' and a couple of the simpler stats. Never would return with any data.
