Dec 31, 2008Performance of 9.4.5 on a D35 GTM?
Can anyone speak to the expected performance of 9.4.5 software on a D35? I just did an upgrade and found that the Performance tab shows the tmm load is at 100% once it was sync'd with two other GTM 1500's (who's load is just fine). CPU load shows very low as I would expect. These boxes are not in production but rather just set up with about 15 Wide IP's with zero traffic.
Any insight? Is this just a bad idea as a GTM?
Thanks in advance...

I'd open a case with support to look into that. I last tested GTM (while still a customer) on 9.4.3 HF2 and got roughly 21,000 requests/second with TMM at 95% with no failures, and peaked at 22,000 requests/second with TMM at 99% with 2% failures. These numbers may be a limitation of my test environment at the time.
