Please confirm, do we have an option to export only the global parameters from a policy and import to the other on WAF F5

Not possible to my knowledge but you can use iControl REST API to retrieve AWAF policy parameter list
GET https://{{host_env}}/mgmt/tm/asm/policies/{{policy_id}}/parameters
Or export AWAF policy (Security ›› Application Security : Security Policies : Policies List -> Export Policy (Binary/XML format) and recover only the parameters in the export file.
