Page cannot be displayed. APM

Hi All,

 

We are using APM with mode full tunnel and using webtop and webtop link for user convenient. Our users connecting from remote location through broadband, they can able to logging and view webtop without issue, but when the user clicks any webtop link, they facing “Page cannot be displayed issue”.

 

When we try to ping the particular web server, it’s pinging without drop and much delay.

 

We tried below things.

 

•Delete internet browsing history on client system. •AD static host in f5 device for particular web server. •AD static host in client system for particular web server.

 

Please guide us to resolve the issue and confirm there is any tune need to be done on f5 side

    Hi

     

    to my knowledge. a webtop link is just like any other link and would create a new session from the clients machines directly to the webserver. just because the link it there dose not mean the F5 is proxying it. dose the link point to a F5?
