Objective - 4.02 - Port-Lockdown - 201 Exam

The SOL13250 says: "When creating a self-IP address, the default port lockdown setting in BIG-IP 10.x is Allow Default. In BIG-IP 11.x, the default port lockdown setting is None." However; The Official F5 training manual says: "When running the Setup Utility, if the Standard Network Configuration options is selected, the port lockdown settings for the self IP address on VLAN external specify Allow 443, resulting in a finished configuration setting of Allow Custom with only port 443 on the list. This facilitates administrative access to the BIG-IP system using the external VLAN network. The default port lockdown setting on VLAN internal’s self-IP addresses is Allow Default" The training manual is based on the 11.4 and the 201 exam is based on the 11.1, both part of the 11.x. According to my tests on the vLab, the training manual is correct. Which one is actually correct?
