yes, the default comes with iRules. But iRulesLX which is based on Node.js is not enabled by default - it is licensed and provisioned

Adminkirkpabk, PeteWhite is 100% here, so I marked this solution as correct. One caveat: there is functionality (some commands and events) that is licensed module specific, so those particular features within iRules will not work by default, you have to be licensed for each of those specific modules to unlock them.
