Not able to upgrade

I have been trying to upgrade the BIG-IP 11.4.1 Build 685.0 Hotfix HF9 to the latest version but after importing the iso using the GUI the image is not shown in the available images so I don´t get to...

Are you sure the file was downloaded completed and OK ? According to the image the file extesion is : .crdownload and the MD5 Verified is no. Another strange thing is Hotfix usually are listed in 

 System  ››  Software Management : Hotfix List

Is the image from that section ?
