Not able to access web interface

I am able to access F5 LTM device through CLI but not able to access through webinterface. Can anyone help to resolve this issue.

Do you have a password/authentication issue, or is the GUI web-interface not loading at all? Please elaborate a bit - what you see happening?

For a possible quick win, you can try 

bigstart restart httpd
command which will restart the GUI web-interface service. This will not impact production traffic.
