node disable

I would like to know how can i disable a node in a pool if the connections are out in the server. no requests to be send for some time till it get stabilized, like 30 minutes no requests to be send to this node.

    When the connection limit is high on the server, i need to send all requests to different node member.

    Can you please share the current configuration detail..like algorithm and monitoring [member based or pool based]...???
